ZenZenSense

Start here

ZenZenSense is one method applied to a few subjects.

The method is to notice what earns a place — in a room, on a shelf, in a week. Most things don't. The pieces here end in a verdict rather than a review, because a recommendation that decides nothing is only an opinion.

For a practice that begins: A ten-minute morning practice, then How to choose a yoga mat. For a room that asks nothing of you: Building a minimalist home gym, then What earned a place. For reading more and scrolling less: The case for reading slowly, then A gentle introduction to stoicism.

Nothing here is tested in a laboratory, and nothing is claimed as an experience we haven't had. Where a price appears, it says where and when it was seen.
